— TERMS OF SERVICE

Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of the Living Agora platform, including the intelligence terminal, council agents, and reporting services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and any organisation you represent.

LAST UPDATED · 14 JUNE 2026

1. The Service

Living Agora is a business intelligence platform that aggregates public statistical data and uses AI to produce analyses, briefs, and reports about districts in the Netherlands and Austria, organised around the UN Sustainable Development Goals framework. The Service is provided for professional, informational use.

Beta / pilot status. The Service is offered as an early-access product. District-level figures are calibrated estimates anchored to published source magnitudes, not verbatim datasets, and AI output may contain errors. Features, data coverage, and pricing may change.

2. Not investment advice

All content, scores, rankings, briefs, and reports are provided for information only. They are not investment, legal, tax, or financial advice, and not an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security, asset, or instrument. You are solely responsible for your decisions and must conduct independent due diligence and obtain professional advice before committing capital. Living Agora is not a registered investment adviser, broker, or fiduciary.

3. Accounts & eligibility

You must provide accurate registration information, keep your credentials confidential, and are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 and authorised to bind your organisation. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Plans, billing & trials

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

6. Intellectual property

The Service, its interface, software, and original analysis are owned by Living Agora and its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service and its output for your internal business purposes during your subscription. Open-source components and public-data sources are credited on our Licenses & Data page and remain under their respective licences.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that output is accurate, complete, or current.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Living Agora is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Term, suspension & termination

These Terms apply while you use the Service. You may stop using and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or to protect the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (e.g. IP, disclaimers, liability, governing law) continue to apply.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be notified by email or in-product. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law & contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union member state in which Living Agora is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and disputes are subject to the competent courts of that jurisdiction. Mandatory consumer-protection rights are unaffected. Questions about these Terms: legal@livingagora.com.

Template notice. This document is a good-faith starting template for an early-stage B2B SaaS and is not legal advice. Have it reviewed by qualified counsel for your jurisdiction before relying on it commercially.
